is to figure out how to account for all this extra training…..calories burned vs. calories needed and a schedule that I can maintain. This week consisted of 2 runs (plantar fasciitis is kickin my…well, my heel), 3 bike sessions, 3 swim sessions and 2 strength training.
I know what I need for all the running…the biking, swimming and strength training? Not so much. I was ravenous yesterday and man are my muscles sore today. Today is a rest day so I think I’ll take advantage of it and have a serious stretch session later.
